Hoste Barn is set in the grounds of Old Manor Farmhouse as the only other property. Old Manor Farmhouse and Hoste Barn is in the hamlet of Swanton Hill on a quiet country lane surrounded by open countryside and woodland. Right from the door there are short walks or long walks or cycles all the way to NT Blickling Hall along Weavers Way. There are good pubs to eat at about 5 minutes away.
There are seating areas all around to catch the sun at different times- morning coffee to evening drinks. There is a flagged terrace with outdoor stone dining table and benches overlooking your garden which is enclosed by hedges and a deer proof fence. A perfect place for playing Boules with a glass of wine! There is a paddock next to the Tennis court which is a great for the children to play football or let the dog run around. Next to the tennis court is a sofa seating area to relax in or watch the action!
A BBQ and seating area in the courtyard next to the barn. Feel free to wander around Old Manor Farmhouse Garden with its Box Knot Garden at the back.
There is hard off road parking for 2 cars.
We have secure bike storage and outside tap. Hot and cold shower for dogs. The garden is fully fenced and safe for supervised dogs to be off lead.
